When loading the file, it will ask you to enable macros; please select ‘Enable Content’ as this will allow the spreadsheet to function as intended (there is a lot of coding within). Once you enter the number of doors in the appropriate field, the form will begin populating the content accordingly. Within the cells are drop-down menus with the available options, there are also links embedded to help provide additional details.
Once you are done completing the form, you can save it as a PDF, print the form, or submit using MS Outlook by clicking the buttons at the bottom of the page. It will not let you save the Excel file, but it will allow you to ‘save as’ with a different file name; this will come in handy in the future if you have similar configurations, then all you will have to do is change any reference information and date requirements.
