I received my light order and there are stickers on that back, what does the “C”, “L”, and “R” signify?
The “C”, “L”, & “R” represents the direction of the light beam, a function of Luma Bar’s patented variable aiming system. When facing the compartment and assuming that the wires are facing up the following will apply:, the light installed on the left sidewall will be angled such that the light is aimed inward towards the center of the compartment (this light will be labelled “L”) the light installed on the right sidewall will be angled such that the light is aimed inward towards the center of the compartment (this light will be labelled “R”). The center angled light (Sticker: C) provides a straight beam angle.
How do I know which light I should be using?
Our Territory Managers backed up by our customer service team would be more than happy to work with you to choose the right light for your application. In the event that you require a custom solution an appropriate engineer may also be assigned to your project.
Which installation methods do you offer?

What features differentiate Luma Bar from other LED lighting suppliers?
Luma Bar approaches the LED lighting market from a different angle. Most lighting manufacturers produce a range of lights and leave it to the customer to figure out what may work in their application. Every product in the Luma Bar range was originally developed to solve a specific customer problem. Typically these innovative solutions are quickly adopted throughout an industry segment.
The Integral (designed to snap within the side frame of an AMDOR roll-up door) was the first custom lighting solution developed in conjunction with a roll-up door. The Stand Alone and Integral series are encased in a high-impact polycarbonate enclosure that features a patented variable aiming system that provides a consistent 120° beam pattern.
The H2O and ALS lights are both IP-68 rated and fully water submersible, all other models are water resistant. Most Luma Bar models also feature a current limiting device to protect the lights from voltage spikes or shorts. In the event of a surge the power to the lights is shut down, operation is resumed when normal operating conditions are detected. Click here to learn more about our models.
Are these lights safe enough to use in all types of vehicles?
Yes, when used for their intended application. There may be limitations of use as per your local laws which vary between each state/province.
